I wanted Mexican for lunch, but as I heated up my pan to make the quesadillas I realized I had no salsa or sour cream or anything else Mexican for that matter. So the Mexican theme overall ended up being a dud.

So here we have my Lock & Lock with some tortilla chips with lime seasoning, cherry tomatoes, and quesadillas that I cut into hearts after they cooled with my Pampered Chef cutters. At work I also bought some crab soup to go with it which further destroyed any remnant of this meal being “Mexican”. Either way, it was better than nothing, and didn’t actually taste too bad.
